Common Projects in Brookfield Homes
Many Brookfield neighborhoods were built from the 1960s through the 1990s, with ranches, split-levels, and two-story colonials on generous lots. A lot of these homes are now at the age where original kitchens, bathrooms, roofs, and siding are due for updates.
- Kitchens: opening up closed layouts and replacing original cabinets is one of the most requested updates. See our kitchen remodeling service.
- Bathrooms: dated primary and hall bathrooms are often ready for new tile, vanities, and walk-in showers. Learn about bathroom remodeling.
- Basements: many Brookfield homes have full basements that can become family rooms or offices with basement finishing.
- Exteriors: roofs and siding from the original build or an early replacement may be near the end of their life. See roofing and siding and gutters.
- Outdoor spaces: larger lots make room for decks, patios, and fences. Explore decks and fences.
How We Work With Brookfield Homeowners
Every project starts with a free estimate at your home. You'll get a written scope, materials, and timeline before work begins, and one point of contact from start to finish. When the work is done, we walk through it with you.
The City of Brookfield requires permits for many types of construction, such as structural changes, decks, and some exterior work. We'll go over what applies to your project during the estimate.
